| 摘 要： | 工会职业学校要改变当前职业教育以学校和课堂为中心的传统办学方法,就应努力创造条件,因地制宜,尽可能地与企业、市场、国家经济发展的实际紧密结合,并把毕业生的就业率的提升作为重要的办学目标,走贴近实际办学的路子,为国家培养具有高素质的应用型人才。

| Abstract: | To change the traditional mode of running a school whose emphasis is classroom teaching, the vocational school must take flexible measures in line with concrete conditions.Whatis more,to increase the employment rate should be regarded as the objective for a school.In order to cultivate the technical force with high quality,the vocational school must get close to the economic development,the demand of market and an enterprise. |
