| 摘 要： | 近几年来,拖欠农民工工资的现象相当突出,这个涉及到中国人口绝大多数的农民问题,在全国造成了广泛而深远的影响。只有通过政府、社会、个人的共同努力,健全工资保障机制,才能解决农民工工资拖欠问题,切实保障城市农民工的合法权益。

| Abstract: | The arrear of migrant workers' wages has become a serious problem in recent years in China.The problem concerns with the most majority of China's population and gives rise to wide-ranging and profound affection.Only through making joint efforts of the government,society and individual and improving the safeguarding system of wages,can the problem of wage arrear be resolved to ensure the legal rights and benefits of migrant workers. |
