| 摘 要： | 在现代社会中,行政人是公共领域的特殊群体,行政人的道德价值以公共利益为依归。因此,行政人应当以公共利益至上作为自己的信仰,自觉地正确对待和有效行使公共权力,以奉献社会为自己的价值目标,做到全心全意为人民服务。

Therefore, they ought to take public benefit as their own religion, hold and run common power rationally and effectively, and meanwhile take dedication to society as axiological aim and behave the people service heartedly. |
