谈新形势下青少年责任意识的培养

责任意识是当今社会发展的必然要求,是成就事业的可靠途径,是实现人的全面发展的必由之路,是青少年道德教育的重要内容。为此,政府应坚持正确导向,弘扬传统道德精神,引导青少年树立正确的价值观;在学校教育中,应确立明确的责任教育目标,在学科教育中培养青少年的责任意识,发挥课堂教学的主渠道作用;引导青少年投身社会实践,在承担具体责任中树立真正的责任意识;在家庭教育中,家长应在子女的学习过程中,在与人交往中,培养青少年的责任感。

Cultivation of Teenagers' Responsibility Consciousness under the New Situation

Responsibility consciousness is an inevitable requirement of the social development,and a reliable route of the achievement undertaking.It is the only way of the all-round development and the important content of teenagers' moral education.For this reason,the government should adhere to the correct direction,carry forward the traditional morals,and lead teenagers to establish the correct values.In school education,we should establish clear responsibility educational objective,train teenagers' responsibility consciousness in discipline education,fulfill the classroom role of instruction,lead teenagers to join in social work,and help them establish correct responsibility consciousness.In the home education,parents should cultivate teenagers' sense of duty in their course of studying,in associating with people.
