世界经济是一种市场经济、资本经济、知识经济三位一体的全球生产组织体系和统一的再生产综合集成系统。它内在具有国民价值与国际价值、资本生产全球化与国别占有、经济技术创新的主导性与不同国家创新能力国际差异之间的三类特殊矛盾;产生了以国际价值规律、国际资本增殖规律、国际技术创新规律为主导的三位一体的国际经济规律和作用机制;形成发展运动的四个基本特征:国际经济交往方式的多样化与经济运行规则的统一化、经济组织管理方式的多样化与国民价值增殖唯一化、经济发展方式的知识化与国际竞争的综合国力化、经济生活的全球一体化与区域经济的集团化。国别利益的最大化、各国利益的国际均衡、世界整体利益的发展与效率,构成了世界经济发展主题的三个基本内容,也构成了世界经济学的三个基本命题。
