| 摘 要： | 本文论述了社会稳定与西部大开发之间的关系。作者指出 :西部大开发需要稳定的社会环境作保障。文章分析了稳定在西部开发中的意义以及当前影响西部大开发中的社会稳定的一些因素以后 ,提出了提高认识、发挥职能、综合治理、安全防范和加强政法队伍建设等几项对策性意见。
