铁路交通事故中附加伤的检验及意义

近年来,随着我国经济的发展,铁路交通运输业得到迅猛发展,但随之造成的铁路交通事故也逐渐增多,已成为一个不容忽视的问题。如何科学、正确地从铁路交通事故现场中鉴别出命案,探索出现阶段铁路交通事故尸体损伤一般规律特点等,就成为铁路公安机关的一项迫切而又重要的任务。在铁路交通事故的尸体检验中,常常可发现附加伤。本文结合案例,对附加伤的特点进行分析研究,并对其在判明事故性质及正确处理事故中的作用展开讨论。

The Inspection on the Supplementary Injury in Railway Traffic Accidents and Its Meaning

In recent years ,with the economic development in China, railway transportation has developed swiftly. However, railway accidents have increased greatly,which has become critical problem. So it is urgent and important for railway public security organ to i- dentify homicide case from railway accident scene scientifically and correctly and explore the general discipline and characteristics of corpse injury made in railway accidents. In the corpse examination of railway accidents ,supplementary injury could be often found. The paper analyzed the characteristics of supplementary injury combined with cases and discussed the role of it in judging accident nature and dealing with the accident.
