| 摘 要： | 检察机关既是和谐社会的保障力量,也是和谐社会的建设力量。提高化解社会矛盾,维护社会和谐能力的主要措施有：一要履行检察职能;二要加强与有关部门的配合,形成化解矛盾纠纷的合力;三要不断探索化解矛盾纠纷,维护社会和谐稳定的新机制。

| Abstract: | Procuratorate organs are not only the power to ensure social harmony,but also the power to duild the harmony society.The main measures to maintain and enhance capacity of social harmony and resolution social contradictions:first,performance of procuratorate function;second,enhance the coordination with other organs;third,find a new mechanism to resolve contradictions and maintain social harmony and stability. |
