| 摘 要： | 刑罚执行监督目前存在人权保障意识欠缺;立法及相关制度建设滞后,这些问题限制了刑罚执行监督作用的发挥,禁锢了刑罚执行监督的发展。加强刑罚执行监督应更新观念,确立先进的执法理念;完善相关立法,增强监督的权威性和科学性;创新刑罚执行监督方式,提高监督的实效性和针对性;强化刑罚执行监督功能,保证监督的现实性和可操作性。
