| 摘 要： | 诉讼监督工作对于加强权力监督制约,规范司法行为,维护司法公正,切实保障人民群众的合法权益,具有重要作用。拓展诉讼监督范围已是大势所趋,文章在深入分析拓展诉讼监督范围应坚持的原则基础上探求诉讼监督范围的拓展空间,最终达到诉讼监督的良性运转和健康发展的总目标。
