摘    要:该文以北京农科城通州种业园聚集资源要素、创新驱动发展为案例,重点介绍了该园区在工业化与信息化融合、建设种业科技成果托管平台、聚集产学研资源、创新土地流转制度、带动农民职业化农村城镇化等方面的探索,提出依托农业科技园区探索“四化”同步发展的建议。

Abstract:Since the construction of the Beijing National Modern Agricultural Sci-Tecb City, the industrial convergence has made considerable achievements in promoting the synchronous development of Si Hua ( industriali- zation, informatization, professionalization and urbanization). Taking the Beijing Tongzhou Seed Industry Park for example, the author focally introduces the explorations conducted in the Park including integrating the industrializa- tion and informatization, building the trusteeship platform for the sci-tech achievements of seed industry, assemb- ling the resources of industry and research institutions, innovating the land transaction system and driving the peas- ants professionalization and urbanization.
