| Abstract: | Since the construction of the Beijing National Modern Agricultural Sci-Tecb City, the industrial convergence has made considerable achievements in promoting the synchronous development of Si Hua （ industriali- zation, informatization, professionalization and urbanization）. Taking the Beijing Tongzhou Seed Industry Park for example, the author focally introduces the explorations conducted in the Park including integrating the industrializa- tion and informatization, building the trusteeship platform for the sci-tech achievements of seed industry, assemb- ling the resources of industry and research institutions, innovating the land transaction system and driving the peas- ants professionalization and urbanization. |
