| Abstract: | The author in this paper presents that improving the quality of ecological environment, achieving e- conomic and social sustainable development are the important contents of building a harmonious society. We need to construct and improve mutilcomponent protection system including laws and regulations on environments and re- sources, environmental policies and local rules and conventions of protecting environmental resources. |
