法学人才培养服务学习模式探索与实践

融服务与学习为一体的服务学习是美国高校的特色教育行为，并对其他国家高等教育产生重要影响。应用型法学人才的培养呼吁教学模式的改革，服务学习作为一种有效的实践教学方式，对于培养应用型法学人才具有积极意义。在法学人才培养中采用服务学习，能有效完成实践教学目的，实现学生、学校、社区、政府四方共赢。宁波大学科学技术学院对法学人才培养服务学习模式进行了有益的探索与实践。

Exploration and practice of law talents training service-learning mode

Service-learning as an integration of service and learning is a featured education behavior of Ameri- can universities, exerting an important influence on higher education of other countries. The cultivating of applica- tion-oriented law talents calls for the reform of teaching mode. Service-learning, as an effective means of practical teaching, has a positive significance on the cultivating of application-oriented law talents. To adopt service-learn- ing in the cultivating of law talents can efficiently achieve the goal of practical teaching as well as the quartet-win for students, schools, communities, and governments. College of Science ＆ Technology Ningbo University has car- fled out a beneficial exploration and practice of the service-learning mode for cultivating of law talents.
