| 摘 要： | 以党内和谐促进社会和谐是党的十六届六中全会提出的新思路。利益格局变化、价值取向多元化和制度不完善,是影响党内和谐的主要原因。实现党内和谐的基本思路是加强利益整合、推进制度创新、加强理论武装和完善领导方式与执政方式。

| Abstract: | The Fourth Session of the 16th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party puts forward new idea that social harmony is developed by harmony within the party,which is effected by main factors such as the change of interest pattern,diversification of value orientation and imperfect system.The basic idea of the realization of harmony within the party is the enhancement of interest integration and theory arm,the promotion of system innovation and the perfection of ruling pattern. |
