| Abstract: | As a new and exploring system,before-arrest reconciliation with minor criminal cases is of great significance to further implementing the criminal policy of tempering justice with mercy,building a harmonious society,resolving social conflicts and maintaining fairness and justice.The system is to be linked up with the mechanism of prosecution-intermediation connection.We can make practical use of the reconciliation system when we have designed a reasonable procedure. |
