加入WTO后公安出入境管理工作探略--四川公安出入境管理工作的调查与思考

公安出入境管理工作在我国加入WTO后面临着新的形势,且目前尚存在不少消极影响因素.要适应入世后的新形势,公安机关应当采取以下对策1.更新观念,提高认识;2.改进和加强出入境管理;3.强化基层基础工作;4.充分发挥职能作用,维护正常的出入境管理秩序.此外,建议尽快清理修订出入境管理相关法律、法规,改革护照制度,建立统一高效的中国出入境管理体系,改革户籍制度,实行移民局制度.
