The Theory of Human Nature and Chinese and Western Legal Tradition

The comparative research of western and Chinese legal tradition is an old-fashioned subject, which sphere of learning has expounded lots. This article purposes to make a further study about the cause of formation of western legal tradition and that of the Chinese legal tradition from the angle of view of the theory of human nature. At the same time, the author intends to discern their differences and hopes to achieve something.
