| Abstract: | The practice of new public management has expanded the space for citizen participation and enhances the ability of citizen participation, which makes the civil society mature.In order to promote our country to build service-oriented government, we should broaden the institutional space of citizen participation.Citizens actively and orderly involved in the public affairs can promote the transform of the governance model. |
