| Abstract: | Den Xiaoping's international strategic concept includes practical and realistic ideological line, new value criterion of international relationship, dialectical way of thinking and thought of international strategic theme. Possessing value of guiding ideology and significance of methodology, these contents guide Chinese foreign relations with distinctive times and scientificness. Under new circumstance, secretary-general Hu Jintao and other leaders advance the new thought of peaceful rise. Den Xiaoping's international strategic concept must direct this strategic option with great vitality. |
