作为基层人民法院的派出机构，人民法院是我国重要的司法机构，其职权配置的效率直接关系着我国司法职权之优化配置。以十七大以来司法改革理论为背景，从典型的案例观察入手，以内在的视角对人民法庭的职权运行模式进行分析，并通过个案形式对“纠纷解决”模式的原因展开探析，结合当前我国司法改革的导向，提出优化人民法庭职权配置的建议。
