| Abstract: | The new bankruptcy law is an important constituent part of the market economy legislation of China. While the draft of the new bankruptcy law is further perfected,more attention should be paid to the important functions of the bankruptcy law in the following aspects such as to push the reform of state owned enterprises,to strengthen the guarantee of finance,and to maintain the social stabilization. |
