| 摘 要： | 为了培养具有创新精神和创新能力的创新人才，高等学校（特别是教学研究型大学和研究型大学）必须开展研究型教学，以此推进创新教育。研究型教学是对传统教学模式的创新，它体现了高等教育中以学生为中心的理念，对培养创新人才有重要的作用。本文就研究型教学在创新人才培养过程中所起的重要作用，以及对我校的教学，研究型教学实践案例进行探讨。

| Abstract: | Our higher education （research -teaching and researching colleges） must develop the research - based teaching to boost the innovative education, if we want to train a group of creative and innovative tal- ents. The research- based teaching innovates the traditional teaching and embodies the ＂student - oriented＂ spirits. It is crucial to the train the innovative talents. The paper will discuss the significant function of the research -based teaching in the process of training the innovative talents, and analyze the cases of our teaching and the cases in the process of putting research - based teaching into practice. |
