| 摘 要： | 十一届三中全会以来，邓小平根据改革开放的实践提出了路线方针政策不变论，其主要内容包括路线方针政策不变对象论、路线方针政策不变原因论和路线方针政策不变途径论。在当前，坚持十一届三中全会以来的路线、方针、政策不变，关键是全面贯彻落实科学发展观。

| Abstract: | Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the CPC,Deng Xiaoping proposed the theory of no changing the route,guideline and policy according to the practice of reform and opening up.Its content mainly includes the object,the reason and the approach of invariable route,guideline and policy.At present,the key to persist in the route,guideline and policy since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the CPC is to carry through the Scientific Outlook on Development in an all-around way. |
