| 摘 要： | 中国在引进和借鉴西方法律制度的基础上实现了重要的历史转型,但是由于受到传统法律思想观念和建国后左倾思潮的影响,在法治理念中存在一定问题与偏差,从而制约了社会主义法治建设的发展;党中央提出的社会主义法治理念以马克思主义法学理论为指导,立足于中国国情,是科学的、先进的理念。

| Abstract: | China has undergone an important history transformation in ushering and drawing lessons from the western legal system and has built up relative perfect socialist law system.But certain problems and deviation still exist in the ideal of rules of law which limit the developemnt of socialist construction due to the bondage of traditional concept and the left-sided thought after the establishment of new China.The central party put forward socialist ideal of rules of law guided by Marxist law theories,and based on the Chinese situation,which are scientific and advanced. |
