我国私人侦探合法化研究

社会的需求和法律的禁止导致我国私人侦探业在尴尬的夹缝中生存，并由此带来很多现实问题，所以有必要将私人侦探合法化。无论是从法经济学的角度，抑或是比较法、法社会学、实证法的角度考察，将我国私人侦探合法化均具有可行性。另外，合法化之后还要在私人侦探从业人员、业务范围、调查手段、管理机构、法律责任等方面制定并完善相应配套制度。
