| Abstract: | The author deems it essential, practicable and of historical significance to establish an Outline of Evaluating Criminal Liability of Persons with Mental Disorders in our country. Suggestions are made as to how to unify the criteria for evaluating criminal liability of individuals with mental disorders and how to facilitate the review of forensic psychiatrists and judiciary units as to the admissibility of evaluation conclusions. |
