论同工同酬权的法律保护

同工同酬权是一项基本人权.坚持同工同酬原则有利于促进社会平等、协调劳资关系与建设和谐社会.同工同酬建立在"同工"、"同酬"的基础上.同工同酬包括同值工作同酬,也允许劳动报酬的合理差别.中国同工同酬立法尚不完善,应从立法、行政、司法三个角度加强同工同酬权法律制度建设,强化劳动者同工同酬权的法律保护.
