| 摘 要： | 口误是一种有目的的心理过程,它的形成蕴含着复杂的无意识机制。犯罪嫌疑人在供述中的口误对讯问人员了解犯罪人的真实想法有重大意义,它反映了与犯罪人供述意念相冲突的另一种意念,讯问人员要对口误现象予以足够的重视,加以研究,并应用在实践中。
