大学生兼职权益受侵害现象及其成因调查报告——兼谈大学生兼职权益的保障措施

大学生兼职已经成为一种日益普遍的现象，在兼职过程中他们的权益遭受侵害的情况也日益严峻。其原因主要是我国目前兼职市场混乱，相关立法不完善，学校对大学生兼职的重视程度不够，以及大学生自身的法律意识和自我保护意识欠缺。因此，规范大学生兼职市场，为大学生提供一个良好的兼职环境，需要立法机关、行政部门和高校的相互配合。

The Phenomenon of Encroaching Rights and Benefits of University Students'Taking Part-Time Job and the Investigation Report of the Cause of formation

It is becoming more and more frequent that university students take a part-time job,followed by the phenomenon that their rights and benefits are increasingly and commonly invaded.The main reasons are:the market of part-time job is in chaos at present in our country;relevant legislation is not complete;the university doesn't pay enough attention to university students'taking part-time job;university students' own legal consciousness and the sense of self-protection are deficient.Thus,to standardize the market of university students'part-time job and offer a good part-time job environment to university students,the cooperation of legislature,administrative department and university with each other is required.
