| 摘 要： | 证券欺诈严重破坏市场正常秩序,然而行政监管并没有提供有效的约束。文章将对我国现有的证券欺诈诉讼制度进行分析,并结合国外经验,提出完善建议,以期完善我国证券欺诈诉讼制度。

| Abstract: | Securities fraud has seriously damaged the normal order of the market. However, administrative supervision does not improve the situation. This article will analyze the existing accusatory systems both in and outside our country. And then give some advices to promote it and hope it may have some impact in bettering our country＇s fraud suing system. |
