| 摘 要： | 随着人力资源开发管理在企业中的发展,人力资源开发管理在政府部门中的运用与发展也备受关注。我国政府人力资源开发管理的重心应放在选拔、培训、激励、配置等四个方面抓起。在现阶段,探求政府人力资源开发管理的价值支撑体系对于我国政府部门人力资源开发管理的研究与实践都将有着较强的指导意义。
