我国政府人力资源开发管理研究与展望

摘    要:随着人力资源开发管理在企业中的发展,人力资源开发管理在政府部门中的运用与发展也备受关注。我国政府人力资源开发管理的重心应放在选拔、培训、激励、配置等四个方面抓起。在现阶段,探求政府人力资源开发管理的价值支撑体系对于我国政府部门人力资源开发管理的研究与实践都将有着较强的指导意义。

Abstract:With the development and management of human resources applied in enterprises, the governments also pay more attention to the development and management of human resources gradually. This text refers to the points of our government's human resource development and management in selection, training, encouragement, arrangement of the public servants, trying to make a summary to the recent research, and forecasting the future development and management of government human resources.
