| 摘 要： | 作为欧洲国家,波兰法律传统虽传承自罗马法系,但其民事诉讼中的证据制度经过岁月演变,在不断的整合中呈现出自己的特点。本文主要介绍了波兰民事证据程序的特点,体现在证据内容,证明主体,证明责任,推定,证据的提出、接受和评估,以及证明方法,上诉程序中对证据等方面。
