党的制度是规范和制约党组织、党员的行为，协调和引导党内关系的一系列规程和行动准则。因此，只有制度和谐了。党内各种关系的和谐才有坚实的基础和根本的保障。当前，要促进党的制度和谐，就要在制度建设中坚持正确的原则，在全面推进中突出机制体制这一重点。同时还要不断增强党员的制度意识。

Institution Harmony:The Basis and Guarantee of Inner-Party Harmony

The institution of the CPC is a series of rules and regulations and code of conduct which standardizes and restricts the conduct of the organizations and members of the CPC and coordinates inner-Party relations.So institution harmony is the solid basis and guarantee for the harmony of all relations of inner-Party.In order to promote the institution harmony of the CPC,we should persist in the correct principles,lay stress on the mechanism in building institution and at the same time we should strengthen the institutional awareness of the Party members.
