China Joining WTO and the Creative Education of the University

China will immediately join WTO in 21st century. Chinese higher education will be facing the challenge and opportunity. How to meet the challenge, to catch hold of the opportunity and to make innovation? This is a major task in the face of Chinese higher education. We should understand clearly the relationship between Joining WTO and the creative education of the university, and deepen the reform of higher education so as to make the Chinese higher education enter into the ranks of internationalization of higher education as quickly as possible.
