公安边防情报搜集与刑事侦查情报搜集比较研究

随着我国公安边防情报工作与刑事侦查情报工作建国后50多年的发展。两情报部门逐渐认识到情报搜集的重要性，关于公安边防情报搜集与刑事侦查情报搜集的理论和方法正在不断地发展和成熟。因此，通过对公安边防、刑事侦查情报搜集在基本理论、情报源以及情报搜集方法上的比较研究。明确两者在情报搜集上的共性与特殊性，能够更好地促进两者的相互借鉴，以期推进公安边防、刑事侦查情报工作在理论和实践上的共同发展。

The Comparative Research between the Collection of Public Security Frontier Defense Intelligence and the Collection of Criminal Detection Intelligence

In our country, the frontier defense intelligence and the criminal detection intelligence already had more than 50 years＇ development after the founding of the nation. The two intelligence departments have gradually realized the importance of the information collection. The two information disciplines are also developing about the information collection theories and the method. In view of this, the author tries to comparatively re- search on the public security frontier defense information collection and the criminal detection information collec- tion in the correlation elementary theory, the information source as well as in the information collection method, to making sure about both general character and the particularity as well as they respective characteristic and the superiority, thus promotes the two information collection mutual model, finally promotes the two intelligences in the theory and the practice＇s development.
