| 摘 要： | 新时期企业思想政治工作面临着各种挑战和考验,这就要求我们立足于现实,在继承和发扬优良传统的基础上,创新企业的思想政治工作。要从“静态学习型”向“动态学习型”转变,从“单向灌输型”向“双向交流型”转变,从“单一型”向“结合型”转变,结合实际,不断创新内容和形式。
