| Abstract: | The purpose of the article is just to look back and reconsider the research achievements in the past and try to promote the old thing that came into being in the 1980's and has once been popular for some time to make it success in the 21 century.The article has demonstrated the significance of the research program and probed the probability and feasibility of the research.The approaches can be divided into following 3 levels:the searching system of enactment;the system of law experts;and the economic legal system engineering. |
