摘    要:20世纪80年代兴起于北美大陆教育界的反思运动,经过20多年的发展已经形成一股强大的国际潮流,得到世界各国教育界的广泛认可。尽管在理解和实施上还有很多分歧和争议,但“反思”已受到人们的广泛推崇,这是一个不争的事实。反思性教学被认为是一种优秀的教学标志,反思型教师(或研究型教师)被认为是理想的教师,每一个教师都把成为反思型教师作为一种时尚和终身奋斗的目标。而在教师教育体系一体化的背景中,反思型教师教育向职前渗透乃至前移为大势所趋。

Abstract:Reflective teacher education is the main stream of international teacher education. In the integration course of teachers' education, the infiltrating or moving forward from the development of reflective teachers to the education pro-occupational teachers is the general trend. This paper discusses the baffling factors of reflective initial or pre-service teacher education in China from three perspectives. For example, the first initial or pre-service teacher lack ready education of reflective thinking; The second they have the limited teachers' education knowledge; The third initial or pre-service teacher don't like to reflect or don't know how to reflect.
