| 摘 要： | 由于现行经济立法的不足,经济法在保护社会弱势群体上还存在着缺陷,因此,有必要对现行经济立法在"扬弃"的基础上,从市场主体、市场规制、宏观调控等方面加以完善,最终实现经济法对社会弱势群体的强效保护。

| Abstract: | Due to the deficiency of current economical legislation,protecting the underprivileged group by economic law still needs improvement.Therefore,it's necessary,based on"developing what is useful and discarding what is not"of the current economic law,to perfect the economic law from such aspects as the main body of market,market regulations macroeconomic control,and ultimately achieve the effect of protecting the underprivileged group with economic law. |
