| 摘 要： | 随着中国法治化进程的推进 ,人们的宪法权利意识越来越强。遗憾的是 ,现有的宪法权利保障模式并不能从根本上保障公民宪法权利的充分实现。因此 ,建立宪法诉讼应该成为保障宪法权利的必由之路。

On the Model of Making Constitutional Rights Becoming True |

| Abstract: | With the development of the process of rule of law in China, people's awareness of constitutional rights has been becoming stronger and stronger. But it is a pity that the present model of protection can't make people's constitutional rights fully realized. As a result, it is absolutely necessary to develop constitutional litigation to guarantee people's constitutional rights. |
