摘    要:"入世"之后,由于政府职能的转变和激烈竞争的要求,我国将面临较大的人力资源缺口,尤其是在外贸、外语、金融、环保、谈判等方面,人才缺乏,必须尽快进行卓有成效的人力资源开发,才能应对因"入世"带来的各种挑战.

Abstract:With China's successful entry into the WTO and due to the demands of transformation of government function and intense competition, China will face a bigger gap in human resources, especially in foreign trade, foreign languages, finance, environmental protection and negotiation. China must undergo a fruitful development of human resources as soon as possible, in this way China can be well prepared against various challenges brought about by the entry of the WTO .
