| 摘 要： | 公安高等院校的学生激励机制是引导和培养学生发展的最重要的平台,由于种种原因,公安院校现有的学生激励机制存在着过分强调学习成绩、激励机制单一化的缺陷,不适应新形势下公安实战对全面发展的公安高等应用人才的需要和期待。应采取切实有效措施,以建立全面的、科学的、完善的学生激励机制。
