高职高专院校人事激励机制存在的问题及对策分析

摘    要:合理的人事激励机制是高职高专院校获取竞争优势的关键因素。市场经济体制改革和人事体制改革的逐渐深入,要求高职高专院校的人事激励机制也做出相应改变。科学合理的绩效考评、薪酬分配体系以及良好的激励环境,是完善的人事激励机制的应有之义。

Abstract:Reasonable stimulation mechanism for human resource is the critical element for senior vocational colleges to win in competition. The furthered reform of market economy system and human source system requires that stimulation mechanism for human resource in senior vocational colleges should be adjusted accordingly. Scientific and reasonable assessment based on achievements and efficiency, payment distribution system and excellent stimulation environment are the necessary factors for the perfect stimulation mechanism for human resource.
