| 摘 要： | 捕诉引导侦查机制是在刑事诉讼法修改后,检察机关为适应新的庭审方式,保证案件质量,提高办案效率,加强与侦查机关联系的有益尝试.但在具体实践中,捕诉引导侦查缺乏法律上的明确规定,各地的具体做法也存在许多不足,有必要对捕诉引导侦查的理论基础及机制构建重新审视.

| Abstract: | The mechanism of guiding investigation by arrest and prosecution is one of the experiments of the procuratorial organ after the amending of the criminal procedure law in order to accommodate to the new trial mode, guarantee the quality of case disposal, increase working efficiency, and enhance the cooperation with the police.
