| 摘 要： | 本文根据铜仁地区区情,结合当前全区严重缺乏本土企业家的现实状况,积极探索有利于全区经济社会发展的新思路,从有条件鼓励公职人员投资兴业的意义和实际操作中应注意的几个问题作探讨,以期真正做到解放思想、实事求是、敢于创新、勇于探索,实现全区经济社会跨越式又好又快地发展。提出鼓励部分有条件的公职人员到市场投资兴业不失为一条可探索的新思路。
