新时期共青团基层组织建设的特征分析

基层组织建设是共青团工作的前提和保障。近年来,共青团的基层组织紧紧把握青年工作的时代特征,表现出了以下特点：（1）充分利用信息网络资源,表现出了虚拟化特点;（2）加强地域合作、领域合作,表现出联合化特点;（3）广泛流动建团和发挥青年组织的作用,表现出了弹性化的特点。这些特点,极大地激发了共青团基层组织建设的活力,但随之而来的新问题,也值得我们进一步思考和探索。

The Analysis on the Features of Basic Organization Construction of the Chinese Communist Youth League in the New Era

The basic organization construction is the premise and guarantee to the work of the Chinese Communist Youth League（the CCYL）.During the recent years,the basic organization construction is firmly adhering to the features of the CCYL in the new era and presents the following points： 1） making full use of the resource of information network and getting virtualized;2） strengthening cooperations among regions and fields and getting combined;3） widely and flexibly setting up the CCYL organizations and making the youth groups fully function,showing mobility.These features greatly stimulate the vitality of basic organization construction.However,there are also many new problems which need our further consideration and exploration.
