| 摘 要： | 近年来,公安派出所民警在处理治安和刑事案件过程中,由于综合素质不高,讯问方法不多,策略少,未能严格按照<刑事诉讼法>的要求,依法获取犯罪嫌疑人的供述,取得证据材料,这些情况都应加以改善.
