| 摘 要： | The world has seen great changes over the past two decades:the emergence of new political forces,proliferating challenges and threats,and louder voices from new opinion agents.China’s foreign diplomacy is confronted with difficult issues in seeking to ensure a peaceful external environment to preserve its domestic stability and boost its modernization drive.Efforts need to be made to harmonize relationships in six key areas.
