刑事侦查讯问之博弈论分析

博弈论在侦查讯问中起着至关重要的指导作用，但是对于变幻莫测的侦查讯问而言，博弈论却不是万能的。面对种种复杂突变的情形，侦查人员既要利用各种讯问技巧和信息优势成为博弈中的优势者，又不能对讯问和口供有着过高的依赖。尤其在遇到讯问瓶颈时，侦查员不能过于急躁而违法审讯，也不能因为障碍而过早放弃，证据是全方位的，只有从各个方向和角度进行突破并获得各种证据（尤其是物证）才是刑事侦查破案的至上良策。
