| 摘 要： | 人与自然的关系是对立统一的关系,实现人与自然和谐发展是人类社会永恒的主题。人与自然发展的冲突,是人类自身的行为造成的。正确认识和处理人与自然的关系是人类社会不断发展的基本前提,发展循环经济是防范和解决人与自然矛盾与冲突的必然选择。
